=> This chicken cabbage salad is a nutritious and well-balanced dish, providing plenty of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants from the cabbage, carrots, cilantro, and lime. Peanuts and sesame seeds add healthy fats, protein, and minerals, while olive and sesame oils provide mainly unsaturated fats. Adding chicken can further increase the protein content, making the salad more filling and suitable as a complete meal. This makes the recipe a rounded 9,5/10.

Honestly, this was so fun to cook. Chopping up the cabbage, cilantro and the peanuts and all the preparation stuffs take most of the time, but doing them with my mom was such a bonding experience for us. Eating the salad was both familiar and strange simultaneously. Growing, I have been eating salad for a long time. Most of the ingredients are fine, but the dressing was kind of “westernised” by the western author. With that being said, I would give this recipe a 8/10.
