=> I would say this dish is protein, fat and fiber, vitamins, minerals packed due to so much eggs, zuchinnis, and cheeses in a small muffin. But the recipe lack of carbohydrates which is the main factor to provide energy, however, the recipe would be great for people who follows the KETO diet, and who seeks out for losing weight. In terms of nutrition, I would give it a 7.5/10. Still, lots of unsaturated fats and missing carbohydrates.

It has been a while since I post my latest blog, I was on vacation to Balii, such such such a beautiful place, would go back with my family and friends. Unexpectedly, Bali was so cold in the moring and night, but so hot in the noon. Because of that swinging temperature, my whole family got sick and cold. So I had to cook this recipe when I’m at my weakest: I cracked to many eggs, I forgot to strain the zuchinni water, oversalted the batter, and I spilled almost everything on the floor. Would not recommend try to cook a new recipe when you’re sick. Thankfully, this time my mom was there to try my dish and she said it’s good. I’m not too sure if she was lying or not but that made me so happy and reassured. Overall, I would rate the dish 8.5/10. Personally, I think that this dish is quite plain, but I love the idea of a savory muffin
