Ingredients:
-Ripe banana
-Eggs
-Cinnamon powder
-Baking powder
=> Considering this is a breakfast/brunch dish, I love the nutrition content here. The eggs provide protein, banana provides fibre, natural sugat and carbs. One fun fact is that cinnamon powder gives you antioxidants and fibre as well, which makes me love cinnamon more. So nutrition wise, I give the recipe a 9/10.
The fact that this recipe only need less than 5 ingredients is attracting me to make this every morings for the rest of my life. It is easy, convenient and super time-saving. Although I’m not the best at making pancakes (burnt a few of the first ones), I thought I did a really good job at balancing all the flavour in the batter. I had my mom and my cousin taste it, and it was really nice that they liked it. I feel like this cookbook has me REALLY to utilize eggs now cause the last three recipes I made all had eggs in it. For this dish, I’d give a 9/10, reallyyyyyyy good, superrrr recommend to try.
