=> Now this dish is right down my alley, reallyy hits the spot for me. It has all of the nutritions and energy I could ask for a meal. One thing that is missing is the starch and the carbohydrates, but I wouldn’t mind though. Chimichurri sauce offer NUMEROUS health benefits like vitamins K, C and A and rich in antioxidants from the fresh herbs; healthy fats from olive oil. And there is no arguments that steak doesn’t offer protein, iron and micronutrients. Would give this a 10/10 if it wasn’t for a lack of carbs, but logically, the dish is actually a 9/10 for me.
Now, in the cookbook it says for green beans not broccolinis. But from yesterday, I still had some spares broccolinis and, to be honest, I’d prefer anything other than beans. I really IN LOVE with this recipe. I love steaks. I love something acidity, and the chimichurri has it. And I’m pressing on the chimichurri. It is golden liquid, incredible, scrumptious, mouth-watering. Chimichurri is really affordable for everyone too. The ingredients for the sauce is cheap, except for the olive oil, but anyone can make it succesfully. This sauce can use for many things not only for steaks in my opinion. It can be dipped in bread, eat with rice, ect., it’s really up to your own preference and imagination. Cooking the steak and the broccolinis is simple enough when you can follow through the instruction on youtube, instagram or any other media platforms. This recipe is straight out of a movie and my dream, so a 11/10 would only be fair. Would make the chimichurris sauce again.
