=> This dish only makes sense when it’s an appetizer since it lacks sooooooo much nutrition and it only has starch, fat, carbs and a little bit of fiber. Well, there’s nothing much to say honestly because of the low nutrition, so to give the nutrition score for an appetizer, I’d give this a 4/10. An appetizer can be better than this.
It has been so longggggg since I cook and write blogs again. I don’t know what has gotten into me but I’m so lazy these days. So for today I picked one of the most easiest recipe I could find. By the way, this is a two-recipes recipe. Because one is about smashed potatoes and the second is about half a potato with the basil-parsley tapanade. And I’ve been seeing the smashed potatoes go viral for so longg and I cannot just ignore it and not make it today. But, the virality does not go with the actual taste and if it’s good. The smashed potatoes let me down real bad. I really don’t know if it’s me, I made them bad or it’s actually that bad. And for reassurance, I used mini potatoes, I boiled them, but when it comes to the smashing point, the potatoes just tear apart into crumbs. I was sooo shocked because it did not go to my plan. Then when I put the smashed potaoted into the oven, it took TIME to get crispy, and I emphasize on the time. The tapanade was mediocre, but it did save the potatoes by just a little bit because of the parsley, basil and garlic. Overall, the dish was just reallyy bland with a little bit of herbs aromatic, so I give it a 5/10. The lowest ranking I’ve given yet.
