Ingredients:

-Chia seeds

-Milk

-Vanilla extract

-Maple syrup/honey

=> Chia seed is a widely considered a superfood because they are highly concentrated with nutrients—like fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and antioxidants. All of that combined with the protein from the milk make a healthy adn filling breakfast. So nutrition wise, I’d give this recipe a 9.5/10.

Personally, I did’t like the texture of chia seed pudding or oat meal, they are slimey and kind of weird. Thankfully the adding of maple syrup and vanilla extract really helped me through the dish, because they give the dish more flavour and sweetness for the consumer to enjoy. And this is one convenient breakfast for busy people to have in the morning, since chia seed pudding needs to be made in the night before your breakfast so it doesn’t require much time to waste. And this recipe doesn’t require much skills to make because you just need to measure, mixing and patience. Therefore, overall, this is a 8/10 dish.
