=> Now this is a breakfast worth spending time and efforts for. Absolutely full of different nutrient-dense foods. The oats contains a high amount of fiber-really good for your bowel movements, protein and essential vitamins. They are also gluten-free, low in cholesterol, stabilize blood sugar and keeps you full longer. The additions to this dish also add in minerals, carbs, energy, vitamins and antioxidants.
When the world was in the Covid-19 pandemic, I made this dish ALL THE TIME, it was like my full-time job at that point. So making this recipe again feels so nostalgic, the aromatic of cooking the oats, it was weird smelling that again for such a long time. Though, I really didn’t like the overall texture of oatmeal or chia pudding. But the peach added in really saved the dish for me. Peaches are one of the most favorite fruits of mine, and it is soooooo hard to find a peach in Vietnam, especially where I live. So for everything I experienced, I’d give this dish a 8/10.
