Ingredients:
-Canned tuna
-Celery/Cucumber
-Baby tomatoes
-Olive oil
-Dijon mustard
-Salt, pepper
=> I am soooo in love with this salad. The salad is packed with protein, relatively low in carbohydrates and a good source of healthy fats and micronutrients. However, the exact nutrition are based on how much olive oil and tuna were used. Tuna is the main source of high-quality protein, it also provides vitamin B12, selenium, omega-3 fatty-acids, and niacin (B3). Overall, the nutritional profile looks really good with high protein, moderate fat, low to moderate carbs and good micronutrient values. I give this a 10/10.
This is such a dream recipe for a quick bite for breakfast, lunch or dinner. All ingredients are accessable and affordable in Vietnam (except the olive oil and dijon mustard). The prepings and cooking are so effortless too. For an easy and tasty meal like this, it is an easy 9.5/10. However, I would add a bit of chilis for spice and kick the flavour profile up.
